On a picture perfect Saturday, October 26, 2024, members and guests of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club gathered at Allentown Jaguar for the start of a Lehigh Valley Destination Drive. Following a light breakfast 21 Jaguars departed for Kempton to visit the WK&S Steam Railroad. After touring the site and taking some photos the participants returned to Allentown Jaguar completing the 35 mile round trip. The event was completed by a lunch provided by Allentown Jaguar and some time to share with fellow Jaguar enthusiasts. A special thanks to Allentown Jaguar for hosting this outstanding event and providing the breakfast and lunch. Members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club Attended The Classics at Brantwyn in honor of Paul Merluzzi. This event is a fund raiser for the Kennett Symphony Orchestra which Paul strongly supported. It was a spectacular Sunday, October 6, 2024 and DVJC was well represented by displaying their classic Jaguars. Paul Merluzzi would have been proud. On a glorious Saturday, September 14, 2024, members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club gathered at the home of Carolyn and Tom Shaner for a fall picnic. Good friends and good food combined with fabulous cars resulted in a truly outstanding event. On a spectacular Sunday, August 25th, 2024, members and guests of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club met at Woolsey Park in Titusville, New Jersey for a gathering, scenic drive and brunch. Following coffee and donuts at Woolsey Park the participants took a scenic 45 mile tour terminating at the Hopewell Valley Golf and Country Club where they met for a wonderful brunch. On Saturday, July 27th, 30 members and guests met at the Brandywine Museum of Art, in Chadds Ford, PA. The weather was great. The large group was divided into 3 smaller groups, each with a docent, to provide a one-hour guided tour of the three-level museum. The tours featured the works of three generations of the Wyeth family and other artists from the “Brandywine School.” Following the tour we had the opportunity to visit other parts of the museum, gift shop and trails along the Brandywine Creek.
