The 2019 Penn York Rally of the Northeast Rally Club was held in Beach Lake, PA, from Friday, October 18, 2019 to Sunday, October 20, 2019. It was a wonderful and successful rally enjoyed by all the 27 rally teams and associated support personnel. Thanks to the Rutledge clan for organizing a great event, Jim and Louise Feeney for creating a challenging route, the Beach Lake Fire Department for providing good food and a much appreciated facility, and all the volunteers who made this rally an event to remember.
