On April 16, 2022, sixteen (16) members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club gathered to participate in a Concours Judge workshop. Each individual was able to hone his judging skills one three (3) different Jaguar models. Chief Judge Alan Brown then critiqued the score sheets and provided valuable feedback. On April 2, 2022, twelve DVJC members attended training to obtain or update their judge certification for the Concours d’Elegance. The training was presented by Chief Judge Alan Brown. Members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club traveled to Bennett Jaguar, Allentown, PA, for a lunch graciously provided by the dealership. Among the highlights of the gathering was the return home of Richard Samar’s 1969 E-Type OTS which he purchased new from Bennett Jaguar. Rob Bennett welcomed the club to his dealership and gave us a little background on the family history of the dealership. It was nice to see some of our Lehigh Valley members attending the lunch. On a gorgeous Saturday, March 5, 2022, 28 DVJC members gathered in 16 Jaguars (and 1 Cadillac) at Unionville High School in Kennett Square, PA. From there they took a scenic drive to the Northbrook Market where all enjoyed a leisurely lunch and friendly conversation. Entertainment by a Blue Grass Band was a bonus.
