Mark your calendars for a relaxing Sunday morning in northern Delaware and southern Chester County.

Members and friends will gather in the parking lot of the newly renovated Delaware Museum of Nature and Science for coffee and donuts.  There is plenty of shade provided by mature trees surrounding the parking lot.  Take the opportunity to tour the museum for a reduced admission charge ($11.95) by reserving your tickets in advance.  The Museum opens at 9:30 am and admission is conducted in 15 minute increments.  Tickets can be purchased at the door for $12.95.

 

 

 

A scenic drive following a “great circle route” through parts of southern Chester County will depart from the museum around 11:00 AM and conclude at the Brandywine Brewing Company in Greenville around 11:45.  Cool off with a refreshing drink and lunch.  The restaurant manager is reserving a group of tables for us in a side room right off the bar area.
