Before putting your Jaguar to bed for the Winter, join us for a casual scenic autumn drive to the spectacular Folino Estate in nearby Kutztown. We will meet at K&T Vintage Automotive which is conveniently located near the Allentown-Bethlehem Airport. Plan to arrive at the shop by 10 AM on Saturday, October 24, 2026, for coffee and doughnuts courtesy of our hosts, Ken and Cindy Beck. Enjoy the facilities and take some time to admire a few of the numerous car projects currently underway at this busy workshop.
After departing from the shop at 10:30, we will enjoy about 27 miles of easy driving over lightly traveled secondary roads to the fabulous Folino Estate and Winery. This pleasant and leisurely drive with take about one hour. We will drive through two scenic and historic covered bridges representative of the many historic and restored examples in the region. We will provide printed directions and a map for every driver. Not to worry, we will make every effort to keep our group of participants together along the drive so no one will be lost along the way.

Following the scenic drive, we will park our Jaguars together in a designated parking area and enter the Folino Winery for our wine tasting and charcuterie experience that begins at 11:30 AM. This special experience will be an intimate, seated wine tasting paired with a personal charcuterie plate for each registrant. Sip and sample six of the Folino Estate Wines while you learn about the various flavor profiles, food pairing suggestions, and the history and philosophy of their wines. Everyone will enjoy a personal charcuterie plate of Italian meats, cheeses, olives and grapes while tasting and learning about the wide variety of wines from the area and beyond conducted by knowledgeable “Wine Educators”. Group seating for this guided wine
tasting is strictly limited to twenty people and is available on a “first come, first served” basis. The wine tasting experience with charcuterie plate must be pre-paid. Select that option on the registration page to pre-pay $26.50 per person.
If you choose to not participate in the formal tasting session, you are free to browse the winery and enjoy wines individually until lunch.
After an hour of wine tasting, we will move into the main restaurant for lunch at 1 PM. The restaurant offers a very large selection of entries and specialty Italian appetizers, entries, salads, pizza and deserts. They will also have a special Autum Menu available for our visit. While the restaurant can accommodate any number of DVJC members, group seating is limited to twenty. In authentic Italian fashion, each guest will be responsible to pay for his or her portion of wine and food consumed with one bill prepared for the entire group. Please bring cash as we will pay the total bill using everyone’s cash payment. Should you wish to join us for lunch, please select this option form the list and be prepared to pay your share in cash at the restaurant.
You may wish to arrive directly at Folino Estate. If you wish to enjoy the Wine and Cheese Tasting and Charcuterie Experience, arrive no later than 11:30. You may choose to participate in either or both activities at the Winery so please make your selections from the registration page.
Depart for Home: Leisurely at 3 PM or stay as long as you like.
Final day to register is Tuesday October 20, 2026.
If you are paying by mail, registration and payment must be RECEIVED no later than October 20.
