On a cloudy and brisk Sunday, April 21st, members and guests of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club me at the Virginia Park Recreational Area on the Delaware River north of New Hope. From there they took a scenic drive planned by Alan Brown and Mike Wolf to the Plumsteadville Inn where we met some additional members for a delightful brunch. The Delaware Valley Jaguar Club continues its preparations for the 2024 Concours d’Elegance by holding training for the Concours judges. The training session was led by chief judge Alan Brown. All were updated on the latest rules and regulations and are ready for another outstanding Concours. This was one of two sessions held by DVJC. On Sunday, February 18th, 2024, 24 members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club gathered at the Desmond Hotel for a delightful brunch. The food was good but the company was better as members shared their common interest – Jaguars. Previous snowy weather had abated to permit this friendly gathering. Sunday January 21st, 2024, was a bright and sunny day with frigid temperatures. Due to a previous snow storm many members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club chose to leave their Jaguars at home to avoid excessive salt and road spray. However, the members were not deterred and the Annual DVJC Holiday Party enjoyed a record turnout. We enjoyed a marvelous brunch prepared by the William Penn Inn while sharing some quality time with fellow members. Thanks to Paul Trout and the volunteers who made this a successful event.
