Members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club traveled to Duffer’s Tavern on November 19, 2021 to hear DVJC member and keyboard artist Max Sandler play with the group Just Add Water. November 3, 2021, was a beautiful, brisk Sunday, a perfect day to drive a Jaguar. At least 30 Jaguars made the trip to the BBC Tavern and Grill in Greenville, Delaware. October 17, 2021, was a beautiful fall day with bright sunshine and brisk temperatures. A perfect day to drive a Jaguar. Members and friends of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club gathered at Fort Washington State Park for friendly conversation and, of course, discussions about the cars. Alan Brown reported DVJC was well represented at Brits at the Village on October 9, 2021. DVJC E-Types swept the field with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd by Alan Brown, Kevin Fitzgerald and Mike Wolf respectively. Mark Kogan won first place for post 1974 Jaguar with his 2003 XK8. Mick VanVlijmen took 3rd with his XJ12 and Ken Ruocco brought his very respectable XJR, a new addition to his Jaguar stable. Thanks to Alan Brown for the photos. Members of the Delaware Valley Jaguar Club met at Lucy the Elephant in Margate, NJ on Tuesday, September 28th. They received rally instructions that led them to the shore home Alex and Theresa Giacobetti who hosted a marvelous lunch and get together. Participants then drove to the Montreal Beach Resort in Cape May, NJ to enjoy some sightseeing and to settle in, Wednesday included a wine tasting tour at Jessie Wineries and dinner at the Two Mile Landing Crab House. The gathering concluded on Thursday with breakfast on the beach at McGlades. Special thanks to the Giacobettis for their wonderful hospitality and to Bill and Nancy Beible for organizing and planning this outstanding event.
