The Delaware Valley Jaguar Club invites you to celebrate the seventieth anniversary of Jaguar Clubs of North America at the 2025 Annual General Meeting sponsored by:
Motorcars Incorporated and SNG Barratt.
Plan to arrive Thursday or early Friday to enjoy a picturesque Covered Bridge Tour followed by lunch with your friends from JCNA. Covered Bridge Tour sponsored by, Cloverleaf Auto Service.
Kick off the weekend on Friday morning April 25 with a 45-mile Covered Bridge Tour through the rolling hillsides of Chester County, PA, a picturesque slice of William Penn’s 45,000 square-mile land grant from the king of England. Although the views are best through the windows of Jaguars, you will be impressed with the scenery regardless of the car in which you are riding. For those who don’t have cars to drive, “no worries!” Delaware Valley Jaguar Club members will happily host you in their cars, many serviced and maintained by our Covered Bridge Tour Sponsor, Cloverleaf Auto Service.
Departing from the hotel, the main tour skirts the northwest perimeter of Valley Forge National Historical Park, site of Washington’s 1777 – 1778 winter encampment. From there, the route leads into horse country and follows mostly twisting two-lane roads that include many of the fifteen wooden covered bridges remaining in the county, some dating back to the early nineteenth century. In addition to covered bridges, the driving tour includes iron/steel open-grate bridges and stone railroad underpasses that still serve AMTRAK and freight railroads. The Quaker-managed Underground Railroad also weaved through numerous locations within our driving area.
In addition to seeing show and competition horses, we’ll pass alpaca and Texas longhorn farms on the way to our checkered flag lunch at a rustic rural country beer garden. After lunch, the tour will wrap up with a thirty-minute drive back to the hotel.
Following the drive and lunch, relax at the hotel prior to leaving for the Friday Welcome Event at the world-renowned Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum.
This collection of seventy-five historically significant racing cars was assembled over fifty years by Dr. Fred Simeone and includes foreign and domestic vehicles produced between 1908 and 1970. Dinner, served at the museum, is “A Taste of Philly” that includes a variety of Philadelphia favorites. We are pleased to have Lindley Motors as the event sponsor.
Four technical sessions are planned to follow the AGM business meeting on Saturday.
While the AGM delegates are busy conducting the affairs of JCNA during the day, guests have ample time to enjoy a range of local attractions.
Saturday evening’s events begin with a cocktail reception. Enjoy mingling with fellow delegates and friends while enjoying sponsored by Michael’s Motor Cars. The annual awards banquet will follow immediately thereafter.
Don’t miss the Silent Auction on Saturday evening, sponsored by
K&T Vintage Sportscars and Moss Motors.
Be sure to patronize our sponsors whose generous support helps fund the costs of the AGM.
